Now, biking is NOT something that I would associate with "serenity." But then, if you consider that rolling over to grab the remote is the closest thing to a work-out that I get (that, and heaving myself to the fridge), then you should obviously take that with a grain of salt. (Why salt? Personally I prefer heaps of sugar.)

Anyway, congrats on the bike AND, more importantly, oh modest Nomad, on WINNING A SOUTH AFRICAN BLOG AWARD!!! He WON, Reluctant readers, he WON!
