Who says a rolling stone gathers no moss? It's absolutely untrue but I'd like to know if a stone gathers any more moss once it stops rolling. For the time being, I'll carry on rolling....

That's funny - look what Andrea sent me today:http://www.elfyourself.com/?userid=9b4ed8c4c20990ceef3f5adG06122318Hope you are having a great time - we're both going to be working extra hard tonight as we have been promoted to elf duties!
Love and merry wishes to you and yours. All things considered, doesn't a braai in the sun seem like a preferable way to be merry? Hope all your dreams are realized. xox

You were just the cutest elf I've seen this side of the North Pole, now dance or I'll shoot at your feet again. I just love it when you dance! tehe!!Mwah!!!
Happy new year !
Happy New Year! How exciting, too - a move to Amsterdam. I simply LOVE Amsterdam, and the Danish people are so awesome. I am jealous! I wish it was as easy for those of us here in the US to move around Europe as it is for others. The only places I can easily move to are like California or Florida - not they they are bad places, but it's not the same. Oh well. I will be excited to read about your life there, so keep us posted.P.S. - I had trouble posting a comment to the "2007 is here" post on your blog announcing your arrival - I get some sort of redirection to a website. Odd.
The undeniable beauty of parquet flooring is financially out of reach for many people. A cost comparison between replacing the old worn out wall to wall carpeting and installing parquet flooring will show that the parquet choice is less expensive if you install it yourself. If you don't have sub flooring which can be sanded and varnished, you might consider do it yourself parquet flooring. Eight or twelve inch squares of finished oak are available in several shades of stain from dark walnut like oak to pale natural tones. The wood grain is preserved in all finishes and the final clear coat will stand up to most traffic.
To my mind everyone may read it.Binghamton homes
