Dodgy in Nottingham

A large, luxurious sedan, darkened windows, parked outside a casino with its lights on. The sort of car that attracts attention while saying, 'If you know what’s good for you, don’t look at me.’ Taking pictures of its numberplates was definitely not the sort of attention it wanted.

Yep, there was something distinctly dodgy about that car.

Well spotted and bravely recorded for posterity! Is LT Latvia?

It goes well with Ian's SLY

Did you ever play on the Dodgems as a child?

I got my first driving lessons on them and then when I had real lessons the instructor couldn't understand why I didn't seem to understand about braking as a concept ;-)

the Lithuanian owner should have done a bit of research before customising his number plate... I wonder what it means in Lithuanian - maybe it means "pimp"... Hehehe!
But i am sure he is not going un-noticed around town.
the picture is great!

Caroline: Yes, LT is Latvia. I thought they were all meant to be poor out there? The SLY Dodger has a good ring about it, reminds me of Dellboy for some reason or other.

I loved the dodgems as a child, still do, actually.

nyasha: It reminds of those television shows you sometimes see in the UK about ads from other countries where they sometimes focus on product names which are just so wrong in English. Offhand, I can’t think of an example but there are loads.

Aquila: It was impossible not to miss!!

Dave: Jeez, how did you work that one out? I was vaguely aware of it being a BMW but do those pics really give enough detail for you to work out what car it is?

Ja I don't know if that would be my choice for a personalised numberplate, myself. Seems a little... oh you know!
